Nice and spicy from fresh habanero and serrano chilies, rich with mounds of fresh whole ginger, and enchantingly flavoured with fresh basil, the “100” is a fantastic blend of standard and trending cocktail flavours.
Fragrant, whole dried rose blossoms and petals are slow-brewed in stages with dried rose hips, to capture the flower’s essence at several stages of its expression. It is sweet and tart with a subdued but complex floral character, and is extremely versatile.
For this syrup, we paired sweet marionberry with tart and punchy blackberry creating a dynamic, fruity flavour. Water infused with basil and lemongrass lent an herbaceous quality to the syrup, rounding it out to be the the bright and bold flavour that completes your favourite sparkling water.
A citrus forward syrup has been highly requested so we decided to create one but with a tropical twist. This syrup has a delicate blend of passionfruit, key lime, and blood orange making it the perfect refreshing syrup to add to your favourite soda water and liquors alike.
Each 16 oz. bottle makes 16-32 cocktails, or nearly one gallon of finished, full-strength soda.
