olive & elle currently only ships within Canada and the US via Canada Post. Customers ordering form the US are responsible for any additional duties incurred. All orders are packaged and shipped from Kelowna, British Columbia. Orders placed within British Columbia are subject to GST & PST; orders placed from outside of BC are subject to GST.
We aim to get your order packaged and out the door within 24 hours. Once that has happened, we'll send you an email confirmation that your order has shipped, along with the tracking information.
Any additional shipping costs incurred for rejected or returned to shipper packages are the responsibility of the customer.
Orders placed for Pick-Up will be available at our shop at 1585 Pandosy Street, Kelowna, BC. We will send you an email notification when they are ready. Please bring proof of purchase and photo ID when picking up your order.
